The No. 1 Source For Used Motorcycles

Over twenty years ago in Oldham, Manchester, a group of like-minded bike enthusiasts came together and used their passion for motorcycles to create what has become SoManyBikes.com

We've come a long way since then, and we believe our success lies in our focus on the key points of our business; giving you the very best used motorbikes while taking into account:

Affordability - Our 10,000 square foot showroom is based in the renovated basement of one of Oldham's traditional cotton mills. Spending time and resources on the customer experience is more important to us then spending tens of thousands on overheads, allowing us to pass the savings on to you.

Choice - We have more used bikes in one location than anywhere else in the UK- you truly have a staggering range to choose from. Combine these two points alone with our great promotional packages, and anyone can ride away happy.

Customer Service - We keep things simple to give you great value for money, focusing on looking after our customers and building on repeat business.

It really is that simple, and sometimes we're surprised that so many other dealers can't work it out!

We also take it to the next level because no one else offers as much as we do:

  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee upon delivery
  • Warranties for up three years
  • Biker's Armchair Treatment
  • The Bike Swap Promotion
  • An excellent range of Finance Packages
  • Delivery of our bikes to anywhere in the UK

We hope you enjoy our bikes as much as we do. If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to contact us.

The So Many Bikes Experience

If you're still looking for more information, you've come to the right place!

Our unique buying process starts with a simple phone call. Establishing a strong relationship with the previous owner of a motorcycle is important, so we don't just talk business. We make sure we get to know the needs of everyone who comes to us with a bike that needs a new home. We're strongly against buying from traders, auction houses, and vehicle importers who can't know the true history of the motorcycle they are selling. Instead we prefer to deal with the real bikers who have really kicked their leg over and enjoyed their machine.

We don't match your dream bike with a nightmare deal. We're proud to offer some of the most competitive packages on the market, with parts and labour warranties, great finance options and realistic part exchange prices available.

"Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves." - Our Motto

We keep our overheads to a minimum because we believe it's more about ""the right bike at the right price' than the glass-fronted showroom, suits and parker pens. Instead, we focus on our simple process 2-step process:
1.The bikes are taken in for a thorough clean and mechanical checks.
2. When we're satisfied that the bike looks its best we proudly add it to the line, ready to find its new home.

The result is that each one of our bikes is a handpicked gem, and it's a time-tested formula that continues to fill our showroom with only the best bikes at the best prices.

It's important for us to physically visit the bikes' home, so our drivers (many of which have been with us for over 16 years) criss-cross the country 24/7 rooting out the best and most loved motorcycles. They love both bikes and meeting new people, and with their years of experience behind them, they make sure to never bring a bad one back.

Our drivers get to shake the hand of the biker who rode the bike and see it in its environment close-up. If we find a bike that has been thrashed around on a track, dragged to work in rain every day or stored leaning against a hosepipe in the back garden, we decide it's not for us. We won't take anything less than the best. Making sure the bike meets our expectations is essential to our process so we have a lengthy chat with the person who spent his time on the bike to ask him how he's got on.

We perform a vigorous 101-point check on each bike before we buy. Often selling a bike is an unfortunate necessity for its previous owner, so this helps reassure them that it's going to a good home. The bike is turned over, test ridden, and undergoes a complete body inspection to ensure it would fit in with the others in our showroom. We also make certain it has had a HPI check and that the documents are in order before it's handed over. Then it's a heartfelt goodbye before we hit the road and it's ready for its journey to a new home.
